EU packaging and recycling information

Console Revive is established in the United Kingdom. We use predominantly recyclable cardboard and paper-based materials for dispatch packaging wherever practical.

Sales and delivery to European Union destinations are subject to the packaging, recycling and Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) requirements that apply in the destination country. As these requirements differ between EU Member States, delivery to some countries may be temporarily unavailable while the relevant compliance arrangements are completed.

Where environmental, recycling or regulatory compliance costs apply to a destination, these may be incorporated into the delivery charge shown at checkout. This does not transfer any statutory producer-responsibility obligations from Console Revive to the customer.

Customers should dispose of packaging using the recycling and waste-sorting arrangements applicable in their local area.

If a regulatory requirement prevents us from legally fulfilling an order before dispatch, we will contact the customer and provide a full refund where the order cannot be fulfilled. Nothing on this page affects your statutory consumer rights.
